The Court issues written opinions on Fridays; those opinions are posted to the website before noon on Friday. The Court issues Per Curiam Affirmance(PCA ) decisions on Tuesdays. The Court may issue opinions or PCAs on other days of the week if it is deemed necessary by the Court.

SafeHouse of Seminole County does so much to help victims of domestic violence as well as their family. Please consider donating to this wonderful cause:

Mother's Day Drive for SafeHouse of Seminole
Seminole County Government is hosting a Mother’s Day Drive for SafeHouse of Seminole, a non-profit providing counseling programs, personal advocacy services and emergency shelter for individuals surviving domestic abuse. Now through May 10, collection boxes will be placed at all Seminole County Library Branches and Seminole County Fire Department Stations as listed below.

We recently resolved a difficult business dispute for two of our clients, a dispute that took nearly 5 years to get to trial. Like this one, some cases take a lot of time and effort…a lot. Sometimes it feels like there’s no light at the end of the tunnel.
