I’ve never second guessed myself when it came to listing property, but Anytime I list a property for a personal friend, I always put so much pressure on myself to please them. With this property we had a strategy to get as many showings and offers as quick as possible. I listed the property and within 24 hours we had 44 showings and 5 offers. It was a pleasure working with this buyer who was on point with everything and closed 10 days earlier than expected! I hope you enjoy your new home.

Congratulations to the Wickers on the sale of their home! I’ve known the Wickers for many years and I am very appreciative they put their trust in me and to sell their home. We had 90 days to close this sale and with proper planning and pricing we had our chosen offer the 2nd day on the market and closed yesterday evening!

I love this family and if there is any indication from above something tells me we will see more from them soon!
