We almost let this one slip by.

We were named to Orlando Real Producers’ Top 400 : the top 2% of all agents in the Orlando Regional Realtor Association, based on our 2025 sales volume. And we posted about it like an afterthought.

Confession: We’ve never been great at shouting our wins. Talking sales volume has just never been our thing because that’s not what it’s about for us.

So consider this our one loud moment.

We’re heading to Denver this week for the SERHANT convention, and it reminded us: quiet work, loud results.

Every bit of that volume came from our community. No paid leads, ever. Just showing up, volunteering, knowing the Orlando market inside and out.

And when you work with us, you get us. No handoffs. That means this was all Jeff and Sophia, and the team behind the scene - from start to finish.

SOLD, but this one took more than staging, putting it on the MLS and waiting. 👀

Our sellers lived in Guam, 14 hours ahead of Orlando, so we handled everything here while working around a completely different time zone. Most days, they were already in tomorrow.

• We were present for every showing.
• We followed up with every agent.
• We kept marketing after the initial launch.
• We worked our local real estate network.
• We used social media and video to keep the property visible online and throughout the local community.

And when negotiations slowed down, we did not let the conversation die.

The condo was also competing directly with the builder, who had reduced prices on the same floor plan. That is a difficult position for any resale.

But we got it done.

🏆 Only three resale condos have sold in the community this year, and this was the highest-priced sale of the three.

We could not control the competition, but we could control the exposure, communication and follow-through.

Sometimes the difference between listed and sold is having agents who stay fully engaged until the closing table.
