Legal Secretary/Legal Assistant w/ Potential Advancement Opportunities:
Wonsetler & Webner, P.A., located in the heart of Downtown Orlando, is looking to hire a full-time Legal Assistant to join our growing legal practice. The firm represents homeowner and condominium associations, assisting with general corporate, transactional and litigation needs. • Hours are Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.

General office work includes:
Generating legal notices and opening files for pre-litigation and litigation matters.
Assist in answering / filtering phone calls from clients, homeowners, Attorneys, Judicial Assistants, etc.
Assist in fielding incoming traffic, take payments from owners and provide receipts.
Create file notes and file updates.
Basic document preparation, Microsoft Word experience is required.
Handle such other tasks as mailings, opening and closure of legal files, complete pleadings and e-filing as needed to assist legal admin team.

Compensation based upon experience. Paid time off available after 90-day probationary period along with 8 paid holidays. Please send your resume, cover letter and references to [email protected].
