Salzman, Esq., B.C.S., is a shareholder with Garganese, Weiss, D’Agresta & Salzman, P.A., in Orlando, Florida. He is a specialist in business litigation and limits his practice primarily to mediation, arbitration and private judging for legal matters involving commercial, business, corporate, contract, business torts, employment and commercial real estate disputes. Salzman received his Bachelors of Business Administration in 1985 and his Juris Doctorate in 1988 from the University of Miami. In 1997, he became Board Certified by The Florida Bar in Business Litigation. Salzman served six years on The Florida Bar’s Board of Legal Specialization and Education, and six years on The Florida Bar’s Business Litigation Certification Committee. From 2009 to 2021, he was an elected member of the Executive Council for the Orange County Bar Association. He is also a member of the board of directors and a past president of the George C. Salzman is certified by The Florida Supreme Court as a circuit-civil and appellate mediator. He is also a Florida Supreme Court trained arbitrator and a member of various arbitration and mediation panels for the International Centre for Dispute Resolution, the American Arbitration Association and the American Health Lawyers Association. Salzman provides alternative dispute resolution services for Business, Employment and Real Estate Disputes as a mediator, arbitrator and private judge in his various areas of practice, including disputes involving:

I have practiced law in Florida in the area of commercial litigation since 1988. Since I earned my Board Certification from The Florida Bar in Business Litigation in 1997, I have been a recognized specialist in that area. I also served on The Florida Bar’s Board of Legal Specialization and Education, and The Florida Bar’s Business Litigation Certification Committee.
