Waking up to appraisals that maybe didn't come in where you wanted. Paper work is still missing from certain parties. An unexpected leak was found during the inspection period. All while talking to finance, Title, your client, and the other agent to try and keep everything together to ensure the buyer and seller will not feel the stress and have a smooth transaction......these are just a few examples of what goes on during the contract period. There is a lot that goes on behind the scenes that people do not see, and believe me, it is not all glamorous.
