An international poker player.
An EB-1A Extraordinary Ability case.

Approved.

The EB-1A is one of the most selective immigration categories.

It’s designed for individuals who are at the top of their field—including athletes.

Yes, even in non-traditional arenas like poker.

To qualify, you must demonstrate sustained national or international acclaim.

That can include:

Major awards or rankings
Media recognition
High earnings or competitive success
Memberships or invitations based on merit
Evidence that you’re among the best in your field

And most importantly—
you must show that your work will continue in the U.S.

This case wasn’t easy.

We received a lengthy Request for Evidence challenging the strength of the application.

We responded with a detailed, strategic submission—
highlighting performance, recognition, and impact.

Approved.

Green card for him.
Green card for his wife.

Extraordinary ability cases are about more than talent—
they’re about how you prove it.

This Is Why Bond Hearings Matter. Great news for our client.

After 4.5 weeks in detention, we were able to secure a bond today.

She is a mother of two—
17 years old and 2 years old—
and married to a U.S. citizen.

Her arrest was based on a minor incident that was later dismissed.

No criminal history.
A pending green card application.

Yet she was transferred from Orlando to ICE custody—
moved to New Mexico, then Texas.

Today, we achieved a strong result:

Bond set at $3,500.

In today’s climate, that outcome is not easy to obtain.

But the real win?

She’s one step closer to being back home with her children.

Authorities in Orange County, along with Homeland Security, have taken action against a group accused of filing fraudulent immigration cases.

They allegedly promised results—T visas, asylum—
and took advantage of their own community.

We’ve seen the consequences firsthand.

People come to us after spending thousands of dollars…
only to find out their case has been compromised.

In some situations, there may be options.
But in others, the damage is already significant.

If you’ve had anything filed through this group, you need to act quickly.

Your case may face increased scrutiny due to the volume of alleged fraud.

There could be alternatives—but they must be evaluated properly.

And remember:

Just because someone promises results
doesn’t mean they’re legitimate.

The immigrant community is being targeted right now—
by scams, false promises, and even people impersonating officials.

Protect yourself.

Speak to a licensed immigration attorney and verify your case.

They told him it couldn’t be done.

An international poker player.
EB-1A—Extraordinary Ability.

We received a 9–10 page Request for Evidence.

A tough one.

Other attorneys said it wasn’t possible.

We kept going.

We built the case.
We responded with precision.
We stood behind our client.

Approved.

Green card for him.
Green card for his wife.

This is what happens when preparation meets persistence.

There’s a lot of noise right now when it comes to immigration.

And yes—there are challenges.

But here’s the reality:

If you are eligible and not subject to a ban, marriage-based cases are moving fast.

We’re seeing interviews scheduled for late April and early May—
in less than 4 months from filing.

In some cases, clients are getting their green card before their work permit.

This is a major opportunity for those who qualify.

Don’t let fear or misinformation stop you from understanding your options.

Know what’s real.
Know where you stand.
And take action if you’re eligible.

“Prep with me” for a USCIS interview.

Here’s what happens once you receive your interview notice:

We schedule your attorney to be there with you.
We send you the notice and request updated evidence.
We review your case again—forms, history, any potential issues.

Because life doesn’t stop after filing.

New documents matter:

Taxes filed
Trips taken
A new home
A new child

Then comes the most important step—the prep meeting.

We go over your forms.
We walk through possible questions.
We explain the process so you know exactly what to expect.

And on interview day:

We arrive early.
We go in together.
We make sure you’re ready.

Approvals don’t usually happen on the spot—but with the right preparation, they often follow shortly after.

Preparation is everything.

It’s April 15th—Tax Day.

If you’re going through an immigration process, how you file your taxes matters.

Make sure you’re filing correctly.

Not everyone who promises you a bigger refund is doing it the right way.
And what’s claimed on your taxes can directly impact your case.

Double check everything.

If you’re married, your filing status is especially important.

Filing as married (jointly or separately) should align with your immigration case.
Otherwise, it can raise questions during your process.

And don’t forget:

File your taxes.
Keep your records.
Get your tax transcripts.

This is something required in most immigration cases.

Do it right now—so you don’t have issues later.

“I didn’t know what to expect—but I trusted the process.”

After missing an important date, she later discovered there had been a deportation notice. It was a stressful situation, especially not knowing what could happen next.

But she chose to move forward—with the right guidance.

“I felt like my lawyer was human… like they truly cared.”

This isn’t just a case.
This isn’t just a number.

It’s your story.
Your family.
Your future.

With the right preparation, strong evidence, and support throughout the process, her interview was smooth.

A few questions.
A clear process.
An approval.

Today, her experience is a reminder of what’s possible with the right approach from the beginning.
