We found ourselves in a situation where we needed a criminal defense attorney. We have never been in a situation like this before and didn't know where to turn. A friend's lawyer recommended Mark Longwell.
My husband called and left a message on Sat., Dec. 27. Mark himself returned the call within an hour. We hired them and they went right to work on my case.
There was an urgency as we were booked on a cruise 1/10 and I was told I could not leave the state of Florida. Our son was getting married on the ship and I didn't know if I would be able to be there.
They made motions to allow me to leave the state and also to dismiss the case. Everything was running behind because of the holidays.
The morning of Jan. 6, Andrew called to tell me that my case was dismissed! I was never so happy or greatful in my life. A little later Mark called as well. They really went to work for me and I would recommend them to anyone.

Congratulations to attorney Doug Dorner of Longwell Lawyers for a huge courtroom win this morning. Doug successfully defended our client at a contested injunction hearing, causing the court to dismiss the injunction. Afterward, there were tears of joy and gratitude from a very happy client. It's been a busy week at Longwell Lawyers, with lots of good things happening! ⚖️✅Attorney Mark Longwell and Attorney Melissa Zeglen got a DUI case dismissed today. ⚖️✅Attorney Doug Dorner helped our client, who is involved in a heated child custody battle, not only get a temporary injunction or restraining order thrown out but also secured a great temporary child timesharing order that is favorable for our client and in the best interest of the children. ⚖️✅Attorney Andrew Long got our client's DUI dropped earlier in the week and today got another client's criminal charge (leaving the scene of a crash) dropped. ⚖️✅Our administrative staff and paralegals supported the attorneys and helped our clients in countless ways throughout the week. ⚖️✅We have recently also welcomed some amazing new members to our team, as we remain committed to building and maintaining an elite, top-tier legal team. We look forward to introducing them to our friends, colleagues, and clients very soon.
