We were pleased to welcome clients and members of the Central Florida business community to our recent ZKS Executive Briefing, where CEO and corporate shareholder Bill Robbinson moderated an insightful discussion on the critical role governing documents play in the success and stability of Florida businesses. Our panel of ZKS shareholders brought valuable perspectives from across the corporate lifecycle.

David Melvin outlined the key considerations that should be addressed when drafting governing documents to ensure clarity and long‑term protection. Andrew Thompson explored how these documents intersect with an owner’s estate plan and why proper alignment is essential. Kevin Robinson shared practical insight into how disputes between owners often arise—and the significant financial and operational costs that litigation can impose.

It was a lively, substantive conversation and a great opportunity to connect with so many of our clients and business partners. Thank you to everyone who joined us and contributed to a meaningful discussion.
