Palma holds an LL.M (Master of Laws) in estate planning from the University of Miami School of Law Heckerling Graduate Program. He is well-versed and fully prepared to advise clients on matters which include, but are not limited to:

Durable powers of attorney;

Unfortunately, disputes sometimes arise during probate and trust administration. Palma is fully prepared to advise in all areas of probate and trust litigation, including: will contests; trusts contests; claims of undue influence; claims of lack of capacity; probate accountings; trust accountings; actions brought against personal representatives; actions brought against trustees; federal and state tax litigation, including tax appropriation issues; and creditor claim actions. In addition to his profession as a lawyer, he is a member of the board of directors for Dave's House, Inc., a non-profit charitable organization dedicated to permanent supportive housing for homeless individuals with mental illness.
