They were celebrated among a dynamic group of women who are leaders, trailblazers, and changemakers in our communities and beyond.

I have found favor with God and man!

On the last night of Black History Month, The Law Offices of La-Zondra C Randolph, PA was awarded the most prestigious award in Central Florida...THE EAGLE AWARD presented by . I always strive to make God smile, and He definitely smiled on me last night. Everything was so surreal. When they called my name, the only thing I could remember is bowing my head. I bowed my head in complete humility and gratefulness for what God has done.

Being a lawyer is hard but being a lawyer who also owns a business is harder. Most people don't see our struggles, the tears we cry, the frustrations we feel, the late nights we endure, the disappoinmemts we overcome, and yes...the money we lose. I have not always crossed my Ts and dotted my Is. Lord knows I've made mistakes and dropped the ball, but through God's grace and mercy, those mistakes never took me out. As a matter of fact, they've made me stronger and have shown me that with God all things are possible.

The last 12 years have been a blessing and I look forward to serving the Central Florida community for many years to come.

Congratulations to all the nominees, honorees, and winners. My co-nominees, RTW Photography and Reality Marketing Group...I've worked with them in various capacities and they are amazing! Visit their pages and support. Truthfully, everyone is winner if you get up everyday, look challenges in the face, and decide not to give up!

Still trying to find the words to describe last night! I feel so overwhelmed with love. This award is evidence that no matter where I am, I represent EC well! Thank you to everyone who took the time to vote! I hope I keep making you proud!

Look what the Lord has done!! LCR Legal is 11 years old today!! It seems like yesterday we were getting ready for the Guilty Gala! There have been a lot of ups and downs, highs and lows, wins and losses, but God has been faithful. It's only by His Grace that we made it this far.

Although it has been 11 years, LCR Legal is going through yet another transition. We have added business law and intellectual property to our practice areas. In 2024, LCR Legal will be God Reimagined. All gas, no brakes!! Let's GOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!
