First time homebuyer proud moment! We closed on Brennan’s first home Friday and I want to take a moment to congratulate this young man for all of his perseverance! There were many hurdles along the way and we found solutions every day. He trusted me, followed my guidance and worked hard every week to overcome anything we encountered. Our end result- Closed $10k under asking price, closed under 30 days, all repairs were negotiated, and he made it to the finish line! Thrilled for him and can’t wait to see how he makes it his own. 🏠

Let’s start with the envelope hahah! My Dad may not be here in his physical form, but he still lives on through my son. One time I told Milo the story about my Dad calling me Duke Crider the Billy Goat Rider in Kindergarten and how its stayed with me my entire life. Flash forward to 2024 and he’s managed to remind me he thought it was funny ( with help from Heather-Mommy, how do you spell Billy goat?)

What a wonderful ride it’s been these last 7 years being your Dad. I love who you are becoming and your passion for all things weird and wonderful. You make me proud everyday and exhausted at the same time. Wouldn’t have it any other way. I love you Milo Crider and I’m buckling up for the ride!

Happy Fathers Day to my Dad Chip Crider. I know you are laughing at me everyday watching me trying to get it all right enough. Thank you for the 40 years we had together. I miss you everyday.

Proud dad alert ‼️ Took my main man Milo on his first trail rides (West Orange and the Orlando Urban Trail) this week. He did 10 miles over 2 days with those little skinny legs of his and loved every minute of it (I may have loved it more having him there;) Washed it down with a cheeseburger and ice cream because he’s still on winter break;)Great start to 2024!
