It’s official official guys!!!!
My first closing as an agent is done!

I spent the afternoon with my clients. This was our first time meeting in person. She reminded me of my mom so much. Naturally the first person I called when I got in my car was my mom. She was so happy for me, and said she is glad I have people in Florida to take care of me. And because I am a cryer, she has me at hello.

PS- they went in at asking price AND ended up with 9k in equity.

I love theme parks!
Thankfully Andy loves theme parks as much as I do

The list of things to do in Orlando was a major part of what attracted us to move here.

In the future, I look forward to sharing advise on relocating. As I work with more and more clients that are out of state and looking into homes in Central FL, I am realizing how special it is that I can relate to their desires & fears.

PS- I love them all, but as a hufflepuff I have to say USO & IOA are my fav. ✌🏽

Quick story about our first home-
In 💕MILWAUKEE, WI around 2005. We were a young couple with a 👶🏼, no assets, poor credit, & an uncle that gifted our closing costs. 🙌🏽

I have mixed feelings over this home. We have some really great memories as new parents there. On the other hand, knowing what I know now, I know we were put together by people who didn’t know/care about us. The home needed more work than was disclosed.

Within 5 years- we moved to GA for a job opportunity & we had our second 👶🏼; also the market crashed & then we were suddenly faced with unemployment. We had to foreclose & file bankruptcy. 😞There was no way to sell/rent with the structural repairs it needed.

Truthfully I was turned off of homeownership for a long time. But Andy was not, after years of credit repair & saving, he eventually forced that beautiful home in GA on me ☺️

This is my why… why building relationships with clients and understanding their needs are my priority. Getting them into their dream home🏡 is the goal.
