Myth vs. Fact and this one is important. 👇

Myth: "If my application is denied, I'll automatically be deported."

Fact: A denied immigration application does not automatically mean you will be deported. What happens next depends on your individual situation, including the type of application you filed, your current immigration status, and the reason for the denial.

Every case is different. Do not lose hope and do not make any decisions without speaking to an experienced immigration attorney first.
