Congratulations to my amazing buyer who is under contract on a gorgeous home in Villebois! I’m making sure her experience is different now- and that her best interests come first. We are pending on this 7 acre new construction property overlooking the Prineville reservoir! This market is hard. Any realtor saying otherwise is not telling you the truth. What you need now more than ever is a persistent, creative and tough agent. And I’m tough as nails. 🔨

Honey, this townhome is SO GOOD! And congratulations to my first time home buyer and her amazing mama who just closed on it! They are going to have so much fun having family dinners together, enjoying the two decks and playing mini golf! (Which they can see as part of their new backyard views!) They’ll also get to see the beautiful Happy Valley sunsets. 🌅

I’m thankful they chose me to be their realtor and I’m proud of what we accomplished for them on this one! It’s a very happy key day.
