Our Story

Frederick Law Offices is a full service law firm located in Orchard Park and Buffalo, New York providing advocacy and legal representation for people with disabilities.

Frederick Law Offices opened new administrative offices at 4467 S. Buffalo Street, Orchard Park, NY 14127 in April of 2017 and has recently expanded to occupy the whole building. This will serve as the firm’s primary location, in addition to offices at 50 Fountain Plaza, Suite 1400, Buffalo, NY 14202. The Orchard Park location is a 100-year old home previously occupied by another law firm. “We are excited about this new location that has allowed us to conveniently serve clients in the Southtowns and surrounding areas,” said firm owner Sarah Frederick. An open house and celebration is planned for later this year.

Since 2015, Frederick Law Offices, PLLC has helped hundreds of Western New Yorkers in the areas of Social Security Disability and Supplemental Security Income benefits, Veterans service-connected disability benefits, New York State Disability Retirement pension, Public Safety Officers' Benefits (PSOB), special education law, Article 17-A and Article 81 Guardianships, Supplemental Needs Trusts, and other advance directives.
