The Law Offices of Debra B. Marino, LLC considers the well-being of our clients, staff, friends and family to be a top priority. We are tracking COVID-19 (coronavirus) developments to ensure that we are doing our part to protect the health of our community. We have educated our staff on appropriate protocol to limit exposure to the virus in both our personal and professional lives. We have intensified daily cleaning and sanitizing procedures at our office. In keeping with CDC guidelines, and those from state and local agencies, we have canceled firm-sponsored events, cancelled our involvement in activities with crowds and encouraged vigilant monitoring of staff and those with whom we interact.
The Law Offices of Debra B. Marino, LLC encourages you to take advantage of our telephone opportunities. Just call or e-mail our office to make arrangements. We have the technology to operate almost entirely without physically interfacing over the course of most transactions. Our technology allows us to continue business-as-usual while we navigate these unique circumstances.
State and federal courts are not available for non-emergency matters, but we frequently make progress outside of court and obtain court orders without the need to enter a courthouse. The court’s e-filing system and other new procedures allow us to file paperwork, approve agreements and acquire court orders without attending court. Attorney Marino is skilled at using these procedures to achieve results outside of the courtroom.
Of course, our office remains open, but we are prepared to work remotely if regular routines are disrupted. No matter the disruption, our office will continue to provide legal advice and protect your interests whether in our office or not.
