Department of Real Estate requires those renewing after January 1, 2023 complete a Fair Housing course that includes an interactive component. Our course will provide role playing scenarios that you are required to play out with another real estate professional. We will also require that you respond to questions and comments on our FB page. We will keep these pinned at the top of our page for you.
