My name is Brittany Kessler, I am a criminal defense trial attorney that handles major felony crimes all the way down to traffic infractions. I have experience in Personal Injury as well as other Civil matters.

I am licensed to practice law in the State of New York, and Federally within the Southern District of New York, the Eastern District of New York, as well as the Northern District of New York.

Practicing law, but more specifically, practicing criminal law is my passion. I absolutely love my job and the impact that I have on people, their lives and their families.

My involvement in the legal community knows no bounds. I am the president of the Middletown Bar Association; Vice President of the Women’s Bar Association of Orange and Sullivan Counties; and I am a Board of Director on the Orange County Bar Association. I am also a member of: New York State Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, National College for DUI Defense, and National Association of Women Lawyers.
