Here’s what happened across the Eastern Shore of Virginia this week:

📝 39 Pending
🔑 19 Sold
⬇️ 56 Price Drops

Now compare that to the same timeframe in 2025:

🏡 40 New Listings
📝 31 Pending
🔑 36 Sold
⬇️ Only 18 Price Drops

56 price drops vs. 18 last year. That’s telling us something.

Some properties are still being priced too hot. 🔥

And here’s the thing the homes that are priced right can still move pretty darn quickly. But if you want to spend your time chasing the market downward… don’t listen to your REALTOR®. 🤷‍♀️😂
