Nothing better than getting a text from a past client that says, “We’re moving back to Omaha!”

It’s such a compliment when a past client reaches out for us to work together again! I had the privilege of helping this wonderful family sell their Bellevue house in 2021 - and let me tell you, that was an ADVENTURE. Their sale fell through TWICE through absolutely no fault of theirs or the house itself. We just happened to run into 2 rare buyer-financing issues back to back.

But we stayed the course, and the 3rd time was the charm. My clients then got to enjoy a few years living in another part of the country.

Here we are, now 5 years later, and they’re coming back to Omaha! Wahoo!

Congratulations to this first-time homebuyer! Buying your first home is nerve wracking… now imagine doing that remotely while living out of state! ✨Walk through day!✨When building a custom home, this walkthrough with the builder is one of the last steps (often around 7-10 days before closing day.) My clients and I met the builder’s rep at the home to identify any final touch up items to be completed. A big portion of this walkthrough is going wild with a roll of blue painters tape and marking all the little paint touch ups needed on walls, trim, doors, ceilings, and even cabinets.

Huge shout out to a builder like this one who jumped right in with us and had no problem marking up drywall and paint imperfections for his crew to address. (Truthfully, some builders seem to take mark ups as a criticism to their work, which is entirely not the case.) It’s always refreshing to work with a new construction team who truly wants the client to have a beautiful new home to move in to, come closing day!
