Amber Peters Homes Amber was raised on a farm in Moorhead, Iowa and graduated from Clarkson College in Omaha with a Bachelors degree in Medical Imaging.

After 4 years of working with Midlands Hospital, Amber decided it was time for a change in her career. She earned her real estate license in 2017 in both Nebraska and Iowa and hasn't looked back since. She has always been a highly motivated person and will fully dedicate herself to making your home buying/selling process easy, encouraging and enjoyable. After 4 years in real estate, Amber can proudly say she's closed over $15 million in volume, thankful for each and every client that has put their trust in her. Amber keeps busy in her free time with her two sons, Connor & Corbin, and her labradoodle, Jasper. Before you make an offer:
🏙️ Drive your actual commute during rush hour.
🌙 Visit the neighborhood at different times of day.
🛒 Find out how far you are from groceries and everyday errands.
🏋️ Check the drive to your gym, daycare, school, or other regular stops.
☕ See what restaurants, coffee shops, parks, and amenities are nearby.
🚗 Pay attention to traffic, parking, noise, and how the area feels on a typical day.

Because you’re not just buying four walls—you’re choosing what your everyday life is going to look like.

House hunting rule #1: don’t show up with just your phone and good vibes. 😂🏡

When you’re touring multiple homes, it’s VERY easy to get distracted by the pretty kitchen and forget everything you said you needed.

Bring your must-have list, measurements, pre-approval letter, and even photos of the furniture you refuse to part with. 👀

A little preparation makes it much easier to figure out if a house actually fits your life—not just your Pinterest board.

The kids’ sports schedules are back, Husker football is starting, real estate never stops, and apparently everyone in my house needs to be somewhere at the exact same time. 😂
