Last month's housing statistics are in (see image below)! Montgomery County single family home prices appeared to moderate, but prices this month look to be up significantly as inventory remains low and homebuyers watch interest rates increase. Wall Street is now pricing in four (4) rate increases as opposed to three (3), but everyone is looking for additional signals from new Fed Chairman Jerome Powell.

February housing stats indicate that townhome sales prices are jumping rapidly as first time homebuyers enter the market. Condo sales prices appear to be up slightly.
