With funding cuts, survivors pay the price.

Free legal aid helps victims of crimes – including survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault – to secure protection orders, keep their children safe, and rebuild their lives. But thousands of crime survivors in Washington are at risk of losing legal help.

Without action from state legislators this session, half of the funding for crime victims in the state budget disappears on July 1.

Three statewide leaders in victim legal services make the case in the Seattle Times: this is about maintaining basic services for the most vulnerable — not expansion, not ambition. Just protection.

This FREE and confidential 8-week psychoeducational support group is designed for adult survivors of sexual assault, sexual abuse, or sexual coercion from an intimate partner. Each session offers learning, skill-building, guided discussion, and supportive activities in a safe, trauma-informed space.
