Time Two Shine understands that illnesses can occur, and I want to ensure the health and safety of our clients and myself. If you or anyone in your household is ill or has a contagious illness, please notify us as soon as possible or by 7:30 am on the day of your scheduled appointment so we can discuss rescheduling or taking appropriate precautions. I am also trained to self-monitor for symptoms of illness and will notify you if
I am feeling unwell. We also encourage frequent handwashing and the use of hand sanitizer by both clients and myself.

I have a policy this includes needing to notify me of illness so we can reschedule. If at any point that someone was sick in the house while I was there, I will stop cleaning immediately, client will be charged for the full clean, and you will be at risk of being dropped as a client.

Please understand when you don't notify me that you or someone is sick in your home you not only compromise myself and family, you are compromising the elderly, and my clients that have medical illnesses.
I would rather lose money from one job than a whole week worth of work or jeopardize anyone else's health.

I do understand that emergencies / Life does happen. However, I run a business that provides for my family and all of my expenses. Please kindly note, if you need to cancel, please let us know by phone up to 72 hours before your scheduled appointment. All cancellations will require a $50 fee. If, you no longer wish to receive my services I ask that you give me as much respect / notice as possible so I am able to cover your cleaning slot.
