Sometimes you have to go to Jury Trial because the DA is unreasonable and you have to kick him in the teeth to get the right result.

The DA charged him with felony Possession of M**h with Intent to Distribute. Should’ve never been filed as a felony. He was just a drug addict. That’s what we argued. The Jury agreed.

The DA wanted 20 years in prison. The Jury gave him 1 year. We will take that as a win.

Mr. Stevenson and his client just heard the sweetest two words in the English language.

NOT GUILTY on 1) Drive-By Shooting, 2) Discharging a Firearm into a Dwelling and 3 Possession of Firearm After Conviction.

Our client had the guts to wait a year in jail for his day in court and testified in his own defense.

He is a free man today.

Murder was the case they tried to give him. We got him a Dismissal instead.

Stevenson Law Firm just obtained a Dismissal on a Murder in the First Degree, Burglary in the First Degree, Conspiracy and Unlawful Possession of a Firearm case in the middle of the Jury Trial.

The evidence was so inconsistent and untrustworthy that the State voluntarily dismissed their own case in the middle of Mr. Stevenson’s Cross-Examination of their lead witness.

Our client is a free man again!
