This off-market sale was smooth… like butter. 🧈
One of my very favorite clients reached out to me hesitantly—needing to sell a deceased parent’s home. There was trepidation, emotion, and a lot of family consideration. Decisions took time, and several family members needed to be aligned on every detail.

We first spoke in the summer and ultimately decided to pause and let things settle. Fast forward to Thanksgiving, when an unexpected opportunity arose—a neighbor’s relative wanted to purchase the home, keeping it within the family.

I handled the paperwork, met with the buyers, and before we knew it—contract signed, appraisal ordered, lender work complete, and closing day arrived.
