The following law enforcement agencies participate in the "Task Force" model of enforcement on behalf of ICE. This means that if you encounter an officer of any of these agencies that you could be arrested unless you are a US citizen or permanent resident (even then ICE has a history of wrongfully detaining citizens and permanent residents on occasion).

Did you know that many families will be separated this Christmas due to our government illegally detaining persons in immigration removal proceedings (AKA deportation proceedings)?

The most active agency I’ve seen in Oklahoma these past two months making immigration arrests has been the Oklahoma Highway Patrol. Today’s arrest was a person with allegedly too large of tires on his work truck. No charges filed but he is now in immigration detention. I’ve also seen an arrest for having an air freshener hanging from the rear view mirror. These are obviously “driving while Hispanic” arrests.
