What has changed?
You may have noticed (or not) that we don't post a lot of "fluff" on Facebook (or elsewhere). It's our belief that how many houses we sell, how big they are, how fast they sold, or how many awards we have won isn't terribly relevant. In fact, it seems a bit arrogant to constantly be talking about "how great we are."
Same for reviews. We ask people to share their experience of our services by providing feedback (usually on paper in the mail with a self-addressed stamped envelope), because most of our clients aren't spending time on social -- some of them have never even left a review and certainly would never use them for decision-making when it comes to choosing a real estate professional.
Our clients typically do things personally - usually with a handwritten note, a phone call, or by stopping by.
As such, we try to focus the majority of our time and attention on our clients - on the phone, via video chat, or in person -- talking about their goals, their plans, and their situation. It's all about the relationship, not just about the "transaction" or the sale.
If you know of someone who wants an agent/coach/consultant to help them walk through a late-life move, selling their home in retirement, or planning their next chapter for where they will live, let us know. Yes, we can still help.
Our lack of presence here on social is not an indication of our lack of presence with people -- in fact, it should be an indicator that if we aren't here - we are likely sitting on someone's sofa having an in-person conversation about things that truly matter. Or I suppose it's an indication we are truly working - not worrying about which photo to post or meme is the funniest.
Have a great day!
