Near-Real-Time and Laboratory Data by State | US EPA

I started watching Chernobyl on HBO last week and it got me wondering about the radiation levels here in the United States. After a quick search I came across the EPA's monitoring site where you can view near real time data in your State. The graphs/reports also include radiation levels for major nuclear events that happened in the past, including Chernobyl.. So, if you are curious like me, click the link below to be taken to the EPA website. https://www.epa.gov/radnet/near-real-time-and-laboratory-data-state

RadNet data from individual near-real-time air monitors is available on a clickable map and is also listed by state and city. Sampling locations with drinking water, precipitation and air filter analysis results in 2016 are also listed.

Millennials suffering from college debt, Great Recession

"According to new data in the Wall Street Journal , millennials, people born between 1981 and 1996, have less wealth, less property, lower marriage rates and fewer children than any other generation of young adults born since the Great Depression."

Study after study shows that millennials are suffering financially, and most of the studies say it’s for the same reasons. Mainly, it's student loans and repercussions of the Great Recession.

Felicity Huffman, Lori Loughlin among dozens indicted in largest-ever case alleging bribery to get kids into colleges

"The Justice Department charged 33 affluent parents, which include CEOs and television stars, with taking part in an elaborate conspiracy that involved cheating on the SAT and ACT and parents paying coaches "enormous sums" to accept students who fabricated their athletic credentials at elite universities and colleges."
“This case is about the widening corruption of elite college admissions through the steady application of wealth combined with fraud,” said Andrew Lelling, U.S. attorney for the District of Massachusetts, which is leading the prosecution. “There can be no separate college admissions system for the wealthy, and I will add there will not be a separate criminal justice system either."

What do you think of these indictments?

Federal officials have charged college coaches and others, including actresses Felicity Huffman and Lori Loughlin, in a sweeping admissions bribery case.
