What kind of attorney am I?

I grew up the son of a shoe maker. My mother handmade our clothes out of necessity. I bailed hay during the summer and learned how to manage cattle from my grandfather. We didn’t have much money. I enlisted in the Air Force right out of High School and attended college while in the service. I am a 4th generation veteran. I wanted to go to law school since I was a child. Finally, in 2008 I graduated law school.

I became an attorney to help and protect people. Now, I get to do that everyday.

Most cases require everything from delicate negotiations to aggressive litigation. I am an aggressive advocate for my clients. Every client has a story to tell. I make sure the jury or judge understands my client’s story in a meaningful way. Often cases can be settled through mediation. Whatever the case needs, I help clients find the most efficient means to that end.

So what kind of attorney am I? I am the kind of attorney that will help you rebuild and thrive during the most stressful time of your life. People make the best decisions they can at the time but things change. Most people don’t ever plan to need an attorney. I have created ways to keep the cost of having an attorney low.
