SUCCESS!!! In a 3-0 opinion the Court of Civil Appeals reversed my client’s VPO that was erroneously put in place against him. I originally filed the appeal for my client in the Supreme Court of Oklahoma who assigned it to the Court of Civil Appeals. It has taken a little over a year to get justice for my client but he finally has it!!

NOT GUILTY!!!!! last night we heard those two sweet words after a four day child abuse trial. Sammy Duncan and I fought tooth and nail for our client and we got to walk him out of the courtroom a free man!!!! The State of Oklahoma asked for a life sentence, and the jury voted for freedom!
