Dogust is Pepper's favorite day of the year, and this one delivered.

Every August 1st, Parrish DeVaughn covers half the adoption fee for animals adopted at the Oklahoma Humane Society. This year, that meant 13 dogs and 20 kittens found their people, plus dozens more before them.

One in five workplace deaths happens in construction, more than any other industry, and federal OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) rules exist because of it. Those rules cover every private construction employer here in Oklahoma, and they're not just paperwork.
