Last night's tornados were incredibly destructive for Enid, a community we regularly work in and visit.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to the victims, first responders and families affected by last night's storms. 🙏

At least 10 people were injured, and several homes and structures were destroyed after six tornadoes moved through northern Oklahoma on Thursday.

➡️The monthly cost of buying a home is expected to improve slightly, with the typical mortgage payment potentially dipping below 30% of median income for the first time since 2022!

➡️ Home price appreciation is expected to moderate at best, with estimates projecting a modest increase of around 2% to 3.8% in 2026.
