Great class so far today! We have had Grace Wills CPA covering Bookkeeping for Investors and Right now we have Drew Ruiz educating our students over insurance! As we know that is a hot topic right now! Later today, I will be covering Business entities and asset protection! Full day of learning how to run a business properly and protecting your business!

Full day class on lending today! Some of our lender friends came and spoke to our class about private, hard money and commercial financing. We will have another round of lenders before this 6 month coaching session ends. We like our students to meet the people they can borrow money from, so it isn’t as scary when they go to get a loan. Today they heard from 4 different lenders and they all lend money differently, giving our students more options on getting their deals funded.
