Note that the Oklahoma Bar Association regulates Oklahoma lawyers. The American Bar Association (ABA) does not regulate lawyers at all, but is a voluntary association which has decided to take political stands in recent decades, causing division among its members and even causing many to leave the organization. The ABA does NOT speak for lawyers, but for its members only. It has become very liberal in recent years. Just be aware if you read about some ABA recommendation.
