Remember – as we get back out on the streets – so does law enforcement. If you find yourself on the wrong side of the law, here are a few things to remember:
1) Be courteous to Officers.
2) Don’t answer questions without talking to your attorney first.
3) If you confess to the crime, I charge double.

With over 10 years of criminal law experience, whatever trouble you have gotten yourself into, I have probably gotten someone out of it. Reckless driving, aggravated eluding, or vehicular homicide (or worse), I’ve fought them all (and won).

The basic essential forms like a Durable Power of Attorney and an Advance Directive are usually bundled with other products during a more in-depth review of our clients' legal needs. At this time, we will gladly advise and assist on a limited number of additional services, like Transfer On Death Deeds, but we are primarily looking to assist as many people as possible to prepare for the near term. However, any client who returns for additional services, whether that be a will, a trust, or other legal service, will get a credit toward the larger project.
