🚨 Hit by a driver who doesn’t have insurance? Don’t assume you’re out of options.

After a crash, make sure you:
✔️ Call the police and get a report
✔️ Document the scene, damage, and injuries
✔️ Get the other driver’s information
✔️ Seek medical attention if you’re hurt
✔️ Notify your insurance company
✔️ Check your policy for Uninsured Motorist (UM) coverage and Med Pay

In Oklahoma, UM coverage can provide protection for injuries caused by an uninsured driver — even though the other driver doesn’t have insurance.

And before you accept an insurance settlement or assume there’s nothing you can do, talk to an experienced personal injury attorney about your options.

You didn’t cause the crash. You shouldn’t have to navigate the aftermath alone.
