Congrats to our founding attorney, Brittany Littleton, on being awarded Best Presentation of 2022 by the Estate Planning & Probate Section of the Oklahoma Bar Association. Brittany taught a three-part continuing education series to Oklahoma attorneys about the intersection of estate planning and business law. The presentation focused on utilizing LLCs in estate planning, the mechanics of series LLCs, and business succession planning.
