Monica Schweighart Esq. Personal Injury Attorney who puts Clients First! Monica was born and raised in Norman, Oklahoma. She is also admitted to practice in the U.S.

In high school, Monica participated in Debate at Norman High School. She then went to the University of Oklahoma, obtaining a degree in Political Science. Following her undergraduate experience, Monica attended Arizona Summit School of Law and graduated cm laude. While in law school, Monica was involved with numerous organizations and received CALI awards in evidence, remedies, and insurance law.

Monica passed the Oklahoma bar Exam in July 2016 and was admitted to the Oklahoma Bar in September 2016. She is a member of various associations including the American Bar Association, the Oklahoma Bar Association, the Oklahoma City Bar Association, and the Cleveland County Bar Association. Northern District Court, the U.S. Eastern District Court, and the U.S. Western District Court. She has been an associate attorney at McIntyre Law P.C. since passing the bar 2016. Monica is married to her husband, Matt Schweighart. They have two young children together, Jack and Alex. In her time away from the office, Monica is a huge sports fan and regularly attends Oklahoma City Thunder games. She and her husband also enjoy traveling and immersing themselves in other cultures, especially other cultural cuisines.
