Samiha graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice and double minors in Political Science and Sociology.

She then began her career as a Client Relationship Manager in the Investment Banking Division of Fortune 500 companies in New York City's Financial District.

In 2012, she earned her Juris Doctorate with a focus on Business Law from Thomas M. Cooley Law School. After graduation, she worked as an In-House Counsel Attorney and Compliance Officer.

In her free time, Samiha treasures moments with her family, enjoying activities like cooking, playing board games, and going on road trips.

She plans to help people with special needs fight against insurance companies for their rights. She also plans to do pro bono work to aid people in cases involving custody, and abuse of many forms.
