Closing day and what a beautiful view. 🤩First buyer backed out and next one was solid. I’ve learned that in this market some agents aren’t qualifying their buyers correctly. What I mean is helping them understand payments, investments, initial costs, interest rates, utility costs, closing costs compared to down payment etc.. of course there are some who back out because unfortunate circumstances or it’s truly something that doesn’t work for them but there are those who back out just because. Don’t make buying a home a rushed decision. Unfortunately that’s making sellers more weary when they are getting offers. Please if you’re buying, make sure you know everything going into it. Don’t offer on a home if you don’t feel confident. If you have a bad gut feeling then listen to it. Also If you are selling, my advice is to stick with it because homes are selling, and sometimes if you get a buyer who bails there is another one around the corner.
