munity started at an early age, and was fueled by an internship with Congressman Leon Panetta in Washington, DC. After graduating from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo in Agriculture, Sue went on to build a trucking business with her then-husband Ralph in Woodland, California. Moving to Utah in 1997, she spent some time in air freight, and then settled into real estate in 1999. Starting with Coldwell Banker, she soon launched her brokerage Terra Venture Real Estate in 2002. It led her to fall in love with Ogden and the historic districts, with the grand mansions of yesteryear. She is happily single and living in a historically-designed infill home in Ogden’s Trolley District.
