Take a look at these transformation photos of one of my favorite projects. You can see the afters compared to the before.

I love a good challenge.

Goal: keep budget down.
Prep for the market but don’t do a complete remodel.

Result:
We kept the cabin charm, lightened it with soft paint, flooring throughout, bathe refreshes, made targeted updates, and elevated everything with high-end staging. .paper.scissors

Now it feels intentional, fresh, and move-in ready.

Another project complete. It’s like 🪄 magical transformation in just a matter of weeks. Thanks to my great 🛠️crew we pulled it off just in time. Listing agent got 2 full price offers first weekend on the market.

It was such a compliment to be asked to help get this house prepped for the market in Palm Springs. After 8 hours of what I call “fluffing” (another term for staging) this home was finally photo ready. And the best part? The clients were so patient and fabulous.

This was a beach house bathroom remodel in Del Mar. Client wanted the look of marble throughout but didn’t like the price tag that came along with it. So we ended up with a porcelain slab on walls and countertops. Curious - have you ever heard of porcelain slabs?
