Fall is such a wonderful time to enjoy Sussex County, and two local favorites worth visiting are Fifer Orchards and Parsons Farms.

Fifer’s is a great spot for apple picking, pumpkins, the corn maze, and all the traditions that come with the season.
Parsons Farms offers a more relaxed experience, with its farm market, fresh produce, and a little taste of Sussex County’s agricultural roots.

While our beaches may get most of the attention, it's places like these that remind me how much there is to appreciate about living in Coastal Delaware.

After more than 20 years in real estate, one thing I've learned is that experience matters most when things don't go exactly as planned.

Real estate can feel like a lot, especially when you’re trying to figure out what you should be doing, and what you definitely shouldn’t. 👀

Whether you’re buying your first home, selling the one you’re in, or doing both at the same time, having a plan before you make a move can save you a lot of stress (and potentially some money, too).

And PLEASE don’t make a big financial decision in the middle of a transaction without talking it through with your lender or Realtor first. 😅
