Sometimes, life moves fast.

On April 21st, we received a call from a homeowner facing foreclosure. Their home was scheduled to be sold on April 28th — leaving them with only days to figure out a solution.

By the next day, we met with the seller, walked the property, and came to an agreement that worked for everyone. Within 4 days, we were able to close and stop the foreclosure process.

But the most important part wasn’t just the speed.

We also gave the seller 2 additional weeks after closing to comfortably secure a new home, pack their belongings, and transition without the pressure and uncertainty they were facing before.
