BIG congrats 🎉 to my clients on their townhome sale and purchase all in the same day!

We broke a record in this small townhome community in Holly Point on sales price for a 3 bedroom🚀 Its not a surprise as it was gutted down to studs and remodeled to the nine along with it being an end unit and that view! Sold off market too.

Their purchase was right across the canal in Montego Bay to complete their mission to build a new single family home. Sell off the older mobile and get that custom dream home built is on the horizon.

Lots of moving parts with the sale and the purchase to line up this double settlement to be successful along with utilizing a 1031 Exchange. Happy and honored to help make this one happen for repeat clients.

🎉Congrats to my buyer clients on snagging this beautiful home in South Point!

This was our second go around as the first home had a bit more work than anticipated from the inspections….like an old patchy roof😅 Kills most deals.

After regrouping for a couple months and spotting that perfect ONE and location. Turns out that this one was really perfect and the first not so much. Work out for the better and I know they will create many memories here🚀 They get their own creek in the back to get out on the water too🏖️
