Judicial Moves ⚖️
Congratulations to the Honorable Charles Helm who was appointed by Governor Ron DeSantis to serve as Circuit Judge on the Fifth Judicial Circuit Court.
Helm has served as a County Court Judge in Citrus County since 2021.
Helm will be joining the Circuit Court in Lake County this May.
The Honorable Timothy McCourt will be transferring from Lake County to Marion County starting May 13, 2024.
