Our mission is to provide competent and effective legal services for those persons involved in both State and Federal workers’ compensation matters as well as in the area of Social Security disability. Wood was born in Bay Area and attended the University of California Berkeley, and attended San Francisco Law School. Wood began has been in the field of workers’ compensation since 1985. The Law Off

ice of Robert E Wood was formed and began servicing injured workers and disabled persons in the area workers’ compensation law in 1997. We are located in downtown Oakland across from the City Center and convenient to public transportation, including BART. While our practice primarily services the Greater Bay Area, including but not limited to San Jose, the Peninsula, Oakland, Hayward, Fremont, San Francisco, Santa Rosa, Richmond, Berkeley, Vallejo, Vacaville, Walnut Creek, San Ramon, Sacramento, and Modesto, we also have clients who reside in Southern California and outside of the state.
