New CLE: Tax Aspects of Settlement Agreements, Especially Employment Cases 6/24 - https://mailchi.mp/acbanet.org/tp-5126695

This program will cover tax rules that plaintiffs and lawyers face settling cases and beyond. We will touch on various kind of litigation, but the major focus will be on employment cases. We will cover wages, emotional distress damages, tax treatment of legal fees, physical injury/sickness exclusions, the tax treatment of legal fees, and wage and Form 1099 tax reporting rules.
